Decided to check Busch out before purchasing from the big name store. So happy I did! Their prices were extremely lower. Mitch is the best! He doesn’t try and force you into the sale. He takes his time to explain everything about the ring. Better ring than the big store and a much better price!

I have been doing business with Mitch and his staff for 25 years now, and I can honestly say that I have ALWAYS gotten the best deal there no matter what I was looking for. They can always find exactly what I need and their prices are unbeatable. If you want jewelry or jewelry servicing done, there is no better location in northern Illinois.

I recently inherited some jewelry and I took some pieces in to have them looked at today... I received much more than I thought I would. These people are very friendly and very professional. Mitch is a class act and has a great personality and sense of humor.

Absolute 5-star service from Mitch and his team! TL;DR - top-notch service, unbeatable prices! My partner and I worked with Mitch to design an engagement ring. He was very knowledgable and was glad to show us examples of all the different options we were considering. He had several diamonds shipped overnight from Israel for us to look at, and even called the producer directly with us to discuss specifics of one we had our eye on. Once the diamond was selected, we made the final choices on fit & finish, and Mitch had the full ring made. Production time was quick, about 2 weeks (during the holiday season), which was great. When the ring arrived, we realized one of the specifications was misinterpreted by the maker, and it needed to be re-made. Mitch was an absolute gentleman, and had the issue corrected at no expense, and was very apologetic for the issue. It wasn't Mitch's fault, the maker had just missed a specification, totally understandable. Mitch and his team really went above and beyond for us. Their commitment to top-tier service was unbeatable. We'll be going back for the wedding rings, and will be recommending Busch to any of our friends. Also, prices were unbeatable! We shopped at 3 different jewelers before coming to Busch, and were amazed at their prices.

There aren’t enough positive words to describe Busch Jewelers. I am a research-aholic and there was no exception in this particular case as I looked for an engagement ring and wedding band. I found Busch Jewelers to be superior when it came to customer service, product selection, craftsmanship and most importantly cost. It almost felt like I was buying a piece of jewelry from a friend when working with Mitch as he guided me through the process. I travel about 1.5 hours just to go to Busch. Thank you again for the tremendous work and I look forward to all my future purchases from Busch!

My wife and I just celebrated our 20th anniversary and come to think of it, we're also celebrating 20 years of doing business with Mitch and his team. When my wife and I got married, Mitch helped me find a one-of-a-kind ring for my wife, which she loved(s). When our youngest son was born, they helped to design and custom make a very special Mothers ring. Also, several unique jewelry pieces along the years. 20 years later, I knew that I could count on Busch Jewelers for a special 20 yr anniversary gift for my wife. After sharing with Phyllis what I had in mind, we found a beautiful bracelet, which once again, my wife loves. All these years later, I can definitely say, that the service has all ways been top-notch (just like their jewelry). I am very happy in knowing that I can trust their expertise and that we've made great friends along the way. Thanks Mitch for your one-of-a-kind service all these years!!

I came in about 6 weeks ago to get my ring size for an engagement ring (that I knew was coming). I was so impressed with the entire experience, staff, and pricing that I recommended my fiancée speak with Busch about the engagement ring he had been designing. Mitch and his team were so great and designed the custom ring at a fraction of the price with the same quality I would expect from a jeweler! They worked with him to make sure his vision was brought to reality, and I couldn’t have imagined a more beautiful ring! Highly recommend, and thank you for being a part of our story!!

My mom passed away and she had an old ring that had 4 opals in a broken setting. She had some jewelry made from it over the years. She made me a ring long ago for my wedding but my home was burglarized one night and that ring was stolen. When she died, I took the last remaining opal she left me to Busch to see if he could make me a new ring. Opals are delicate. They did! I absolutely love it! It reminds me of my mom!

I brought in my previously separate anniversary wrap to have it professionally re-trued and permanently soldered to my engagement–wedding ring set. Busch did a beautiful job with the delicate little wrap and I was very pleased with the workmanship.

Ring shopping was a success!!!!! I put my ring on and cried after my fiance didn't think we were going to find one. We went into Busch Jewelers and they were phenomenal they did what no other jewelry store did for us. THEY LISTENED! They listened to how simple and old school I am when it comes to jewelry. I instantly fell in love. Mitch and Bob were absolutely amazing! We highly recommend this place and definitely will be our new go to!
